Hi my loves, hope youre all having a fabulous week! Today Im coming up with one of my favorite product for review – A Lip Balm. I feel it is a must have or a staple product that has to be in the purse.
We don’t need lipsticks all the time, a little lip balm to have a smooth & plump lips will do more than a dry, patchy, streaky shade of colors on the chapped lips. Don’t you agree ?

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15 Packaging & Appearance
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15 has a simple packaging. The lip balm also comes inside a plastic bullet with twist up mechanism. Moreover, the body is quite sleek and lightweight and perfect for travelling. The white body has blue ( Original ) , red ( Tinted ) and chocolate accents and the white cap on top sits tightly. There is an outer packaging which carries the product details.
Overall, I loved its packaging, its simple, neat, user friendly and also travel friendly.The lip balm stick is faint yellow in color. It has soft and creamy texture. In fact, I love the fragrance of the lip balm. The twist up mechanism works great, as the lip balm goes down slowly and completely.
My experience with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15 glides smoothly so that you don’t have to rub too much for even application. Also, it doesn’t feel waxy or too runny on the lips. The lip balm is lightweight and doesn’t apply glossy.
Whilst talking about the Dark chocolate with cherry one, the flavor of this lip balm tastes exactly like a cherry pop to me! Seriously, it’s got that same candy-like cherry note mixed with chocolate, and it SMELLS just like a Cherry Pop as well! Both the flavor and fragrance are strong during application but they fade pretty quickly.
And they layer a beautiful red-pink tint on the lips, which looks like a natural lip tint.
Coming to its effectiveness, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15 provides a boost of hydration to the lips. It instantly softens dry and rough lips and regular application heals the dry and chapped area on the lips. The moisturization it provides is quite long lasting. Moreover, its a perfect one to be used for overnight. I apply this lip balm at night and in the morning, my lips feel soft and supple. In fact, the lip balm can be used as a lip primer / a base to have a smooth application of lipstick. It comes with SPF 15 which is an added bonus.
Direction for use
- Use a water resistant sunscreen if you are out in the sun or beach or swimming.
- Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
- Then reapply at least every 2 hours.
“Overall, I am totally impressed with this Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm SPF 15. It is a great lip balm that provides a boost of hydration and also long lasting . It can heal dry & chapped lips quickly, plus it also comes with sun protection, with SPF 15. A very good lip balm at a very affordable price! Travel friendly, and can also be slipped easily into Jeans pocket.
I found myself reaching to this product very often, and I feel that Cocoa Butter magic works a lot to me, my skin tends to love them more !
