I have never had the chance to try the Karaja Cosmetics before although I have been seeing their kiosk frequently, whenever I visit Lifestyle stores, Sahara Center. And when I had the chance to try their products, their eyebrow definer pencil and their Lash Lift Mascara was my absolute favorite.
Slowly, after many uses, I got hooked up to their wonder box eye shadow palette, which is quite good in pigmentation and wear ability. And today I have come up with their, duo Blush palette.
Although I am not a fan of blush, this one grabs my attention because of its subtle colour , making it perfect for the hot summers in UAE.
So, let’s start reading more about it.
Packaging: The blush comes in a Silver colored cardboard box with the name written on it. And that gives a nice touch to the packaging.
The blush comes in a glossy black square shaped pan, with a flip open. And it has got 2 different colors. A Lighter shade of pink and a darker peach. Both the colors are too cool for summer and they suit well for all the skin tones. It has a nice brush too.
Texture & Pigmentation: The texture of the palette is powdery. It lies somewhere between a satin and powdery finish. The pink and the dark peach have been finely milled and it doesn’t have any glitters in it, which is a big plus for me.
The Pigmentation is pretty decent. The colour is able to build up, so blending is important the right amount of colour, if not ending up in too much of colour on the cheeks.
Why I prefer? I absolutely love the colour of the blush. They are light, soft and can be used on a daily basis even for office wear. It gives a nice subtle glow and lovely tint of colour on your cheeks. I swirl the little brush in both the colors and apply it gently on my cheeks. Sometimes I prefer to use as two different blushes.
It stays good for about 4-5 hours maximum and then starts to fade. Since the product is quite pigmented, you do not need a lot of product. I would recommend using it small amount and building it up afterwards as per need.
I am not a blush junkie, but this is certainly special to me. I absolutely love the colors.
